PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on May 13, 2024, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning request.

 

Request #1 – Viola Adams has submitted Application for Variance of Zoning on property presently zoned Agricultural. The use of variance is to allow a second residence. The location is Tax Parcel #90-43 5400 Third District Rd. Unadilla GA 31091.
