PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on March 11, 2024, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning request.

 

Request #1 – Antonio Addie Sr. has submitted Application for Variance of Zoning on property presently zoned Residential Single Family. The use of variance is to change the side setbacks from 20 ft to 6 ft. The location is Tax Parcel #50A-5 5440 Highway 41 Vienna, GA 31092.

 

Request #2 – Danny Lee has submitted Application for Variance of Zoning on property presently zoned Agricultural. The use of variance is to allow a second residence. The location is Tax Parcel #27-13E 130 Kathryn Drive Vienna, GA 31092.
