PUBLIC HEARING
The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on July 13, 2026, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning requests.
Request #1 – Jesus Martinez with America Pallets LLC., has submitted a Variance application for parcel #89-20 currently zoned IND (Industrial). The Variance is to allow reduction of setbacks to be reduced from 90 ft to 46 ft from the center of the road. This is for the new addition on the existing office building for ADA bathrooms. The property is located at 4890 Calhoun Rd Vienna GA 31092.
