The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on December 12th, 2022, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning request.

Request #3: Leigh Ann Green from Green Waters Investments, LLC has submitted Application for Re-Zoning for Tax Parcel #76-14 located at 4571 Hwy 230; Unadilla, GA; Tax Parcel #91-32, located on Blazing Pine Dr. Unadilla; GA; Tax Parcel #55-7 located at 10553 Hwy 230, Unadilla; GA; Tax Parcel #55-7E located at 10930 Hwy 230 Unadilla; GA; & Tax Parcel #55-7F located on Old National Hwy Unadilla; GA; which is presently zoned R1 to AG. Agriculture is the main use of the property.
