The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on March 10th, 2025, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning request.
Request #1 – Donnie & Theresa Huddleston have submitted a Conditional Use Application for Parcel 10A-20 The property is presently Zoned R-2 Residential Multi-family. The purpose of the Conditional Use is to allow a Recreational Vehicle to be placed on the property. The location is 320 Drayton Woods Vienna, GA. 31092
Request #2 – Tara Watkins has submitted a Zoning Variance Application for a proposed new subdivision of Parcel 74C-49 A. The property is presently zoned Agricultural, which requires 150’ road frontage. The Variance will allow ingress/egress to the property by a 25’ easement, instead of road frontage. The property is located at Hwy 41 North of Unadilla, GA.
