PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Dooly County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on March 13, 2023, at the Dooly County Commissioners Office at 113 N. Third Street in Vienna.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow the Planning Commission to receive citizens’ input and comments on the following zoning request.

 

Request #1: Will Tadich and Joanna Tadich have applied for a Zoning Variance for Tax Parcel 35-8A on Pinehurst-Byromville Road. The purpose of the request is for a 30 ft drive entering property for a future home to be built.

 

Request #2: Daniel B. West Jr. has submitted Application for Re-Zoning for Tax Parcel #18-15, which is presently zoned Wildlife Protection (WLD) to Agricultural (AG). The site is located on Big Buck Road.

 

Request #3: Daniel B. West Jr. has submitted Application for Re-Zoning for Tax Parcel #18-15A, which is presently zoned Wildlife Protection (WLD) to Agricultural (AG). The site is located on Big Buck Road.

 

Request #4: Daniel B West Sr. has submitted Application for Re-Zoning for Tax Parcel #18-16, which is presently zoned Wildlife Protection (WLD) to Agricultural (AG). The site is located on Big Buck Road.

 

Request #5: Daniel B. West Jr. has submitted Application for Re-Zoning for Tax Parcel #19-1, which is presently zoned Wildlife Protection (WLD) to Agricultural (AG). The site is located on Big Buck Road.
