We have great news to share tonight from our Monday drive thru testing site. We received 21 of the 63 results and they were all NEGATIVE!!!! We are still waiting on the other results. We do notify clients on the day the results are received so all who have resulted have been notified. I will be out of the office and out of town tomorrow and throughout the weekend. I will have my laptop and phone with me and will be available if needed. Sharon, my nurse, will be in the office Friday if you need anything. If there are any drastic changes, I will come on and update you all but if not, I will wait until Monday. I am hoping for a nice weekend away from all things COVID19.
I am encouraged by our results but I caution everyone to not take it and think we can go back to “normal.” We have to continue to do all the things we have been pushing. It is so important to continue being compliant with all the guidelines and recommendations set by CDC and DPH. This virus isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. We are just going to have to be smarter than it.
Please remember to help us spread the word about our drive thru Tuesday, May 19th, from 2 pm – 6:30 pm at the Dooly County High School. No appointment needed and it is free. I have attached the flyer so if you can, please help me share it. We need to get as many tested as we can so we can stop the spread as best as possible.
